financial freedom. All client/member data is carefully defended using the full range of
legal and technological protections. There are two parts to this Privacy Policy, the
first deals with the treatment of Web Site Data, the second with Member-Investor
Information. Web Site Data and Member-Investor Information are treated differently. Please
read both Parts carefully.
Part I: Web Site Data
Galt respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use Galt's web site
("Galt web site"). Individually identifiable information about you is not
willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving your permission, as
explained in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").
Galt and Cookies
Upon your first visit to Galt, Galt may send a "cookie" to your computer. A

improve the quality of our service and/or to increase understanding of our user base. Galt

With Whom Does Galt Share Information?

Part II: Member-Investor Information
While providing investment management services to you, we obtain certain nonpublic
personal information. This information is used internally to provide you with the services
that you request. Our policy is to keep this information confidential to the maximal
extent possible.
Information We Collect
The nonpublic personal information we collect about you includes your name, address,
social security number, investment objectives and experience, financial suitability,
employment and various items about the status of your account. We collect information at
different times including when you make an investment in one of our funds or when you use
our website.
Information We Disclose
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Nonpublic personal information about
you will only be disclosed to our affiliates, to third parties that we hire to help us
provide products and services to you, as specifically authorized by you, or as otherwise
required by law.
How We Safeguard Your Information
We have physical, electronic, legal and procedural safeguards in place that are designed
to protect the security and confidentiality of your information. These include
confidentiality agreements with companies we hire to help us provide services to you,
document storage and destruction procedures, password-protected user access to our
computer files and confidentiality policies that apply to Galt personnel.
